Ah Pandora, what is going on with you? I believe that I have a love hate relationship with you. When your good your good but when your bad, Wow it’s bad. I recently read an article about Pandora losing money to other “Free” music sites. It makes sense to me but don’t punish the loyal listeners. We have been with you since day one. It makes a Mom's day of cleaning so much nicer if you have great music to listen to. 

The Garth Brooks channel starts today on Sirius XM

OMG I'm so excited that the Garth Brooks channel starts today. You have to be a subscriber to listen with your Sirius XM radio or listen online. I've had it on for about an hour listening to the preshow. This is a historic event because he is going to play his first ever concert at the Ryman Auditorium and it will be broadcasted live on channel 55. Click here to read the article from SiriusXM. The channel starts today on channel 55. It's said to be a mix of his music and all the music that inspires him or music he listens to. I've heard he will play everything from old skool Garth and even some Lady Gaga. I'm super excited to listen and I'm sure it's going to be great. I hope you all enjoy it. *Review of Foo Fighters Sonic Highways Album

I pre-ordered the new Foo Fighters album "Sonic Highways" because I'm a huge fan of their music. I've watched every episode of "Sonic Highways" on HBO. I love learning about the history of songs and how they were written. I decided to pre-order the album and have it shipped to my house. It was delivered today, right on schedule! I opened the package, added it right to my iTunes collection and hit play. only a few seconds into Track 1. Something from nothing and I was hooked. I decided to listen to the whole album and review it. It has 8 tracks totaling 43 minutes. I love most of the songs but not a huge fan of "I am a river". I'm sure after I listen to it more I will enjoy it. It's the only song on the album that I think sounds "popish" I'm not saying it's bad, it just sounds more main stream and not alternative. My favorite is Track 1. Something from nothing. I feel like a lot of people will relate to this song. Of course Track 2. The feast and the famine is typical Foo Fighters and quickly reminds us why we love them so. Then there is Track 3. Congregation Wow they blew me away with this one. I could listen to this track over and over. I would say that this album is one of their top three. Listening to Foo Fighters will never get old. Below is the track list and then my favorites in order from favorite to least favorite. I highly suggest you go out and buy this album. You don't want to be the only person on the planet without one. Thank you Foo Fighters for raising the bar for all the other bands. You guys kick ass!

Stevie Nicks

I'm a huge fan of music and I really love almost every genre. I still crank up the radio everytime Stevie Nicks comes on. Her voice is absolutely magical. My favorite song right now is "You can't fix this" from the Sound City soundtrack. Most of you know how much I adore the Foo Fighters so it makes sense that I love that movie. If you haven't seen it, Go Watch It Now! It's terrific!
